Failed Delivery:

If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (Customcuff) at the customers expense. 

For custom products we do not accept returns, so the customer will be contacted and requested to provide a correct address for the reshipment. The customer will be liable to pay the additional incurred shipping cost.

Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered :

Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address. The shipping company will only mark the package as delivered once they deliver it to the address you provided. If your order is marked as delivered and you didn't receive it, we suggest checking your mailbox or contacting your local post office.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order is shipped with tracking information.

Custom-made ltems:
Please note that custom-made items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective. Custom-made items are specially crafted according to your specifications and cannot be resold.

For non-customized products, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at ling@cyndi-dai.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation
If your order has been paid for and you need to make changes or cancel, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the production and shipping process has commenced, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Q1: How do I customize my necklace in the Cyndi-dai store?
A1: You only need to select the style you like on our website (such as customized initial necklace, heart-shaped double name necklace, etc.), enter the customized information such as name, initial, birthstone or picture according to the page prompts, and then submit the order, we will start making it as soon as possible (customized products cannot be refunded once the order is confirmed). This process applies to all types of customization.

Q2: How long does it take to make and ship a customized order?
A2: Our customized orders usually take 6-9 working days to complete the production, and then arrange the transportation according to your delivery address. It will generally be delivered within 7-10 working days after shipment (the timeliness varies in different countries). In case of peak periods such as holidays, there may be a slight delay.

Q3: What payment methods do you support?
A3: Our store can directly use shopify payment to complete quick payment. We support major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal and other payment methods to ensure that your payment process is safe and convenient.

Q4: If you are not satisfied with the customized necklace you received, can you return it?
A4: For customized products, we usually do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality problem. Please carefully confirm your customization information before placing an order to ensure that it is accurate. Please understand that customized necklaces cannot be resold once they are sold.

Q5: If I have questions or need help during the customization process, how can I contact you?
A5: You can use the online chat function of the website or send an email to our customer service email ling@cyndi-dai.com. Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours to provide you with professional customization suggestions and after-sales service.

Q6: If I find that the information is wrong after submitting the order, can I modify the order?
A6: If you need to modify the order after submitting it, please contact the online customer service as soon as possible (within 24 hours). We will also review each order in the background to see if there is any wrong information, but we cannot guarantee that all orders can be changed. Please be sure to check all the information when placing an order.

Q7: How will I Know my order has shipped?
A7: As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, our system automatically sends you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link.
Click on the tracking link and you can access the real time information. Make sure you didn't miss your email address upon placing an order.

Q8: Can I wear necklace when I'm swimming?
A8: Our necklaces are WATERPROOF but keep in mind that these materials soak up water when immersed for too long. Taking a quick shower or washing your hands should be fine, but when taking long baths, swimming, or while washing dishes you should take your jewelry off. It goes without saying but when dealing with harsh chemicals, whether in the kitchen, bathroom, or at work – you should remove them.

Q9: Is this real gold?
A9: The pieces are made of gold vermeil, not pure gold. Pieces are made with precious metals and heavy plating to ensure long-lasting wear. They are superior to gold-plated jewelry. Safe for sensitive skin, water-resistant and rust-free, and highly durable for everyday wear.

Q10: How long is the necklace?
A10: Our necklaces are designed to be 18" long by default (18" chain plus 2" extender), with the exception of certain necklaces. This allows you to fine-tune the fit of the necklace to create a chain length that is more tailored to you. If you need to change the length, please contact us by email at ling@cyndi-dai.com

Q11: If I don't want it a few days after placing the order, can I cancel the order?
A11: If the customer needs to cancel the order during the production of the necklace, we will charge 25% of the total order amount as material loss fee, and the remaining fee will be refunded according to the original payment channel. Once the necklace enters the transportation process, we will not be able to cancel your order. To ensure that your needs are perfectly met, please carefully confirm the order information and production cycle before placing an order.

Daily maintenance:

Avoid contact with chemicals: Try to avoid contact with chemicals such as perfume, cosmetics, detergents, chlorine water, etc. These chemicals may damage the gold-plated layer on the surface of the necklace.

Avoid collision and friction: The gold-plated layer is relatively thin and easily worn. Try to avoid collision or friction between the necklace and hard objects to prevent scratching or abrasion of the gold-plated layer.

Avoid wearing for a long time: Long-term wearing may cause the gold-plated layer to wear faster. It is recommended to take off the necklace at home or when doing exercise and give it a proper rest time.

Precautions:

Avoid contact with sweat: Try not to wear it during exercise or in high temperature environments, because the salt in sweat will accelerate the oxidation and corrosion of the gold-plated layer.

Avoid wearing it into the bath: Avoid wearing the necklace when taking a bath, because the chemical ingredients such as shower gel and shampoo will damage the gold plating.
