Custom-Made Items (Personalized Jewelry)

Each necklace is custom-made based on your personal details, making it truly one of a kind.

Because of this, personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to personal preferences (such as font, color, or incorrect information entered during ordering).

We kindly recommend double-checking all customization details before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo.

We’ll be happy to assist you and provide a replacement or solution.

Within 1 month: Free replacement for non-human damage
After 1 month: Support options available based on usage condition

For items used 2–5 months:
Replacement available with partial cost

For items used 6–11 months:
Replacement available with higher cost

For items over 12 months:
Replacement available at full cost

📦 Non-Custom Items

For non-personalized items, we offer a 30-day return policy.

To be eligible:

Item must be unused and in original condition
Returned with original packaging
Proof of purchase required

🔄 Order Cancellation

You may request a cancellation shortly after placing your order.

Since each item is made to order, once production has started, a small fee (25%) may apply to cover materials and labor.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, our team will do our best to assist you.

🚚 Delivery Issues

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer, we are unable to issue a refund.

However, we can assist with reshipping (additional shipping fees may apply).

📩 Refund Process

For eligible returns:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing time: up to 10 business days after approval
